Fogging-Web by Enthalpex is a proven adiabatic cooling system widely used in industrial applications to reduce the temperature of incoming air through ultra-fine water atomization. As the microscopic water droplets evaporate, heat is removed from the air, increasing the efficiency and cooling capacity of air-cooled equipment. With a strong track record in demanding industrial environments, the system delivers reliable and measurable performance improvements during periods of high ambient temperatures. As an OEM, Enthalpex designs, manufactures, and assembles all key components entirely in-house. DRYCLEAR restores Air Cooled Heat Exchangers thermal performance while the unit remains fully operational. A controlled low-pressure cleaning method propels biodegradable sodium bicarbonate media through the air side of the bundle, removing fouling without damaging fins, motors or bearings.

Unlike conventinal high-pressure cleaning methods, DRYCLEAR enables safe online cleaning with minimal operational disruption and no plenum entry requirements.

At large LNG, GTL and geothermal air-cooler arrays, hot air recirculation (HAR) creates pressure differentials that suck hot exhaust air back into fan inlets – destabilising compressors and tripping trains.
