SCREEN TECHNOLOGY.

ACHE Hot Air Recirculation Control.

SCREEN TECHNOLOGY is an advanced, tailor-made airflow management solution engineered to mitigate hot air recirculation and wind-related performance losses in large air-cooled heat exchanger installations. By optimizing airflow around the cooling system, the technology helps maintain stable operating conditions and consistent thermal performance, even under challenging and changing wind conditions. Designed around the specific configuration and requirements of each installation, SCREEN TECHNOLOGY combines robust materials, application-specific engineering, and low-impact installation to enhance operational reliability, protect cooling capacity, and support long-term plant performance.

SCREEN TECHNOLOGY

Control Airflow. Stabilise Production.

At large LNG, GTL and geothermal air-cooler arrays, hot air recirculation (HAR) creates pressure differentials that suck hot exhaust air back into fan inlets – destabilising compressors and tripping trains. Most operators sacrifice 5 – 10% capacity margin permanently. SCREEN TECHNOLOGY eliminates HAR with a precision-engineered, fire-retardant screen system. Installed without hot work. Proven at multiple LNG plants worldwide.
