FOGGING-WEB delivers adiabatic cooling to air entering your air coolers. Installed beneath the fan section, it creates billions of micro-fine droplets that evaporate completely before the air reaches the finned tube bundles – lowering inlet air temperatures up to 12°C and unlocking up to 40% additional heat duty at peak conditions. Fogging-Web by Enthalpex is a proven adiabatic cooling system widely used in industrial applications to reduce the temperature of incoming air through ultra-fine water atomization. Each Fogging Web system is engineered for the specific ACHE configuration, ambient conditions and required cooling performance.

Each fan can be equipped with its own modular Fogging Web, allowing the system to be configured precisely to the cooling requirements of the installation.

Individual Fogging Webs can be quickly disconnected to provide access to the air cooler while the remaining sections stay available for operation.

High-pressure atomization creates ultra-fine water droplets designed to evaporate in the incoming air stream, reducing inlet air temperature before reaching the finned-tube bundle.

Fogging Web can be supplied with a purpose-engineered high-pressure pump skid or, where technically suitable, integrated with an available high-pressure water source.

The modular, pre-assembled design minimizes on-site assembly and enables compact transportation, efficient installation and straightforward future expansion.
